- Shortlinks
- Offerwalls
- Tasks, surveys, and other promotional activities.
The availability of these earning opportunities and the rewards associated with them are subject to change at our discretion.
5. Monetization and Third-Party Services
The Platform is monetized through third-party services, including but not limited to offerwall providers, shortlink services, and advertising networks. When you interact with these third-party services, you may be subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, services, or practices of any third-party providers.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Creating or using multiple accounts.
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized means to access or interact with the Platform or complete tasks.
- Using VPNs, proxies, or any other methods to obscure your true IP address or location, unless explicitly permitted for a specific task.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account, forfeiture of any earned Tokens or rewards, and potentially legal action.
7. Payment Terms and Withdrawals
- Earnings on the Platform are credited in Tokens.
- Withdrawals are subject to minimum threshold amounts, which may vary depending on the chosen cryptocurrency and payment processor. These thresholds will be clearly displayed on the Platform.
- We aim to process withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary. We are not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals.
- Any applicable transaction fees (e.g., network fees, processor fees) may be deducted from your withdrawal amount.
- You are solely responsible for providing accurate withdrawal information (e.g., wallet addresses). We are not responsible for losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by you. Transactions to incorrect addresses are generally irreversible.
- We reserve the right to review and investigate any withdrawal request and to delay or cancel any withdrawal if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or for risk management purposes.
- All transactions are final. No refunds will be provided once a withdrawal is processed.
8. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CryptoFaucet.one, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii.any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of earnings you have successfully withdrawn from the Platform in the three (3) months prior to the claim arising.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CryptoFaucet.one and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
12. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
- If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding Tokens or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

14. Changes to Terms
